1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging in services with Packline Canine, you agree to the following terms. These terms exist to establish clear expectations, protect both parties, and ensure a structured, professional training experience.
2. Services
Packline Canine provides professional dog training services, including:
- In-person training
- Board & Train programs
- Behavioral modification
All services are performed based on professional judgment, experience, and the specific needs of each dog.
3. No Guarantee of Results
There are no guaranteed outcomes in dog training. Results depend on multiple factors, including:
- Owner consistency
- Environment
- Dog temperament, genetics, and history
We provide the structure, system, and guidance. The outcome depends on how that system is applied.
4. Owner Responsibility
Training does not end when the session does. Owners are responsible for:
- Following instructions
- Maintaining consistency
- Applying training outside of sessions
Lack of follow-through will directly impact results.
5. Payments
All services must be paid according to agreed terms.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- All sales are final
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services
We do not continue training without payment.
6. Scheduling & Attendance
Scheduled sessions are reserved specifically for you.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions
- Missed sessions may be forfeited
- Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the schedule
Consistency is expected.
7. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in:
- Fees
- Loss of session
8. Assumption of Risk
Dog training involves inherent risks. By participating in training, you acknowledge and accept:
- Dogs are unpredictable
- Behavior can change under pressure or in new environments
- There is always a level of risk when working with animals
You voluntarily assume all risk associated with participation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packline Canine is not liable for:
- Injury to persons or animals
- Property damage
- Behavioral outcomes
Training reduces risk — it does not eliminate it.
10. Training Tools & Methods
Training may include the use of professional tools such as:
- Prong collars
- E-collars
- Slip leads or other equipment
Use of these tools is based on professional discretion and what is appropriate for the dog. Failure to follow tool recommendations may impact results.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Packline Canine reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time. This may occur if:
- Safety becomes a concern
- Instructions are not followed
- The training environment is not suitable
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and materials — belongs to Packline Canine. It may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
14. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
